Medieval Cures: Balding
What you will need:
One fox, caught from the king’s forests (make sure you don’t get caught and executed while using illicit traps)
One straight-razor, well-sharpened
Directions:
Skin fox
Collect grease from the underside of the hide of the fox (can alternately be acquired from apothecary for considerable expense)
Have barber shave head completely bald
Smear fox grease on hairless scalp
Repeat
Alternate Cure:
Take one bulb of garlic, crush well
Smear garlic paste on scalp on sunny day
Allow garlic paste to dry in the sunĀ
Wash scalp in vinegar
Repeat
