Fig 4. Congenitale diffuse Angiektasie der oberen Extremitaten - Diffuse congenital dilation of the blood vessels of the upper extremities. This is often caused by poor valves within the veins that keep the blood flowing back toward the heart, leading to pooling of blood and expansion of the vessels.
